What if we need to make a cancellation?

We appreciate that sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances customers do need to cancel bookings.  As set out in our terms and conditions we do not refund deposits.

However, if the full balance has been paid 12 weeks prior to the booking date then we will refund 100% of this amount minus the deposit (subject to terms and conditions). If a cancellation is made 6-12 weeks prior to the booking date, we will refund 50% of the amount pain minus the 15% deposit.  After the 6 week cut off period then no refund will be offered. We advise that you arrange wedding insurance to cover these possibilities.
